Shipments and returns

We love to walk, but otherwise we try to minimise our footprint. That's why we dispatch your packages twice a week, on wednesdays and saturdays. We do not ship partial deliveries, only complete orders. And we ship in sustainable packaging. 

But.. if you are in a hurry, then so are we. If you have a special occasion with a Blomstring present or if you need something tailor made, please let us know so we can find a way to save the planet, and your party.

Packages are shipped with track and trace, unless otherwise agreed.

Within the Netherlands we ship free of charge as from Euro 25. If below, transportation cost of Euro 2.50 apply, including handling and packaging.

For international deliveries the shipment cost vary with the weight of the package and the destination. The following costs for transport and packaging apply, up to 20 kilos:

-        Euro 30     SwitzerlandFinland, CzechHungaryPolandSloveniaSpainSlovakia

-        Euro 35     Bosnië Herzegovina, Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Ireland, Portugal, Estonia

Due to phyto-sanitary regulations we are unable to accept orders from outside of the European Union, with the exception of Switzerland.  

Cancelling of your order is possible within 3 days after ordering ánd if the order is still pending. This can be done free of charge by sending an email to info@blomstring.nl. If the order is already being processed a cancellation fee applies of Euro 6.95.

Fresh produce and tailor made products may not be returned by law. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us. By shipping only fresh produce from our nursery we also guarantee the quality of each shipment.  Orders are packed in sturdy boxes, ample sized. Your package is dispatched at your own risk but special care is taken to ensure the goods are well protected. If transport damage has occurred (moisture, crushed, cracked), then do not accept the shipment, but have it returned to sender. Only in this way will the transport guarantee remain valid. Blomstring is not liable for transport damage. Together we make sure all flowers bloom.
